I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all those who have helped me in this amazing adventure. First, I would like to thank my wife, Marianne, for encouraging me and assisting me along the way. Next I want to thank my daughter, Julie. She served as my editor, photographer, creative assistant, critic, helper and supporter. It is safe to say that without her effort, this project may never have been completed. With her help, the quality of the work has been improved immensely. The rest of my children - Lisa, Dennis, Suzy and Tina - helped and encouraged me as well.
