HRDTP 90
The sleek charcoal Corvette that I found out in Galena, Illinois, has HRDTP 90 (hard-top 90) for its plates. Stephen Jackson chose these because it is a hardtop with a convertible option. That's what I thought. When I saw it, it was definitely a convertible with the top down. This was his third choice when he requested his license. Boy, vanity plates are unbelievably popular in Illinois.
